My candid boy

Joseph: "Danger, heading for danger!" (Everytime Samuel crawls into a situation that Joseph views as precarious)

Yesterday on the way to church:

Daddy: "I'm hungry. I could really go for some oreos and milk."
Joseph: "Why didn't you get it?"
Mommy: "We are fasting."
Joseph: "What?"
Mommy: "We are fasting."
Joseph: "What?"
Daddy: "Do you know what fasting is?"
Joseph: "No."
Daddy: "It is when you don't eat."
Joseph: "But you 'eed to eat." (he always leaves out the n on need)
Mommy: "It is to show Heavenly Father and Jesus that you have faith and need help."
Joseph: "If you are hungry, you 'eed to eat."

Right now Joseph is walking around with 2 "claws" and roaring. He is a t-rex.

Santa and the chimney conversation aka "why we don't have fires in the chimney on Christmas":

Joseph: "We 'eed him to give us presents."
Daddy: "What if we have a fire in the chimney."
Joseph: "He will burn his butt, butt, butt. Then he will leave our house and we won't get new presents."

As for Samuel, he now climbs stairs and has started to pull himself up to a standing position. He babbles a ton and is starting to act shy around people he doesn't know or even people he recognizes. He likes it when his Uncle Ziggy comes over and tries to get his attention. Speaking of attention, he also fake coughs if we look at him after he coughs once or twice. His two top teeth are finally showing.
