We finally closed on our house!! Yay!!!! I am so happy that we are done with it. My brothers bought it together as an investment and are currently renting it to other single guys. They live there and reduce the cost of their mortgage by renting. It worked out nicely for everyone. We got them a one year home warranty. Now we are looking to buy another house...yeah, I know. This other house is also a fixer upper.
